Finally i bought the multimeter. Double checked both chips to pins. And there was bad soldering at D2 pin. Redid the soldering... and it's working now! I finally can play GTS with my handwheel! But it's working kind of strange: for some time it was OK, but after 5-10 minutes handwheel stopped respon...

Thanks for the reply. I just kind of confused. Because people who bought this Teensy, saying that it's all OK with chinese firmware versions. I'm not arguing, just saiyng.
