hmm. i did some research and i think i got the answer. below is what showed on console window. when i chose the car 'toyota 86 gt' and played wheel range didn't change(900 degrees). and when i chose 'mazda altenza Gr.3' and the moment the race starts(3, 2, 1, go), wheel range changed to 534 degrees....
