The bluecore02 will probably work, just try it. The other one probably won't work. I've no idea about where to get cheap genuine sixaxis controllers... The USB version doesn't require any controller. Yes, you need an official sixaxis controller (be careful, there are fake ones on ebay), a dongle, and a PC. Not all dongles work, but there are recommended ones in this thread: link .
