500hz, 250hz or 125hz?

Hi on ps4 what is the best frequency? I have this doubt, i think 125 because gimx 3.00 runs in 100 hz .

Help Bluetooth doesn't work

My teensy works perfectly with Linux and Windows over wireless but its impossible paring because dont detect my teensy what can i do? Thx.
