Well I don't know how audio is retransmit to the Xbox 360 with the USB or Wireless Xbox Pad.
Does someone know about it ?
Mabe it we can just add a 2.5mm jack to the Teensy board directly, to retransmith trough USB ?

HI all, Did someone find a way to connect Live chat headset (one that must plug into a pad) while using GIMX ? OK, it is working now. 
I did search a litle longer tonight.
It's look like I didn't read somewhere that you need to switch controler type to "360 pad" and use the "Spoof" button with the real 360 controller connected to the PC.
