You can try to reinstall drivers in gimx/drivers folder. Also please disable usb power saving.

What do you mean? Controller wired to PC is needed for ps4 authentication.

You can set mouse polling rate in your mouse software, logitech, M8000x drivers etc.

The number you see in curses mode is emulated controller refresh rate. It is not your mouse polling rate.

Our server provider has some problems, please try again later or just refresh the site often. We'll have that fixed ASAP.

Firmware is being tested now. Please don't ask for ETA, we'll do that as fast as possible.

Where did you see that number? If it's on "curses" mode AFAIR remember it's tied to emulated controller refresh rate. Just make sure in your mouse software that DPI is higher and all will be fine.
