Did you configure mouse smoothing?

Unless the game was patched, the values from the config should still work.

250Hz is the polling rate of your mouse, not the refresh rate of GIMX.

Using bluetooth, GIMX emulates a true sixaxis, which runs at 100Hz. It can't go faster.
