Your teensy++ seems to work fine.

Please open your config file with notepad, and copy-paste its contents in a post.

When you connect the teensy++ to your PC, is it detected as a joystick?

That's because you modified a config that was build for a FPS game. You can delete the bindings and the trigger in the profile 2 (which is used for ADS in FPS games). The up/down/right/left controls in the Button tab are d-pad buttons . You have to bind some buttons or axes to the left/right sticks ...

There is nothing configured for the sticks (gimx-config -> Axis tab).

FPS on consoles will never be 100% similar to PC unless game developers want it.

USB is better than bluetooth regarding both latency and precision.

I don't understand the last question. "Right D-pad"? Did you mean "right stick"?
