Control PS4 via UDP and have FFB

Post by form » Sat Feb 18, 2017 4:32 pm

Hello,
i'm using:
  • GIMX USB adapter from the shop (EMUG29PS4 firmware)
  • PS4
  • DS4 controller via USB to PC (Win 10)
I use an own application to control the PS4 using UDP connection to "gimx --src ...".
All controls are working fine.

Is it possible to get the force-feedback signals out of the system, too?
Maybe by connecting a wheel to the PC and use a second gimx process to connect to the first GIMX using "--dst ..."?

Regards

Okay, than maybe other way around:
- Using Wheel on PC with direct GIMX connection to PS4
- This GIMX instance is accepting additionally control-input via UDP

Is that possible?

Yes this is possible. But you may get control conflicts.
