Help before buying required parts

Hi,
I want to buy the easiest parts to put together a gimx adapter without the need of soldering.
Are the following parts what I need:
1)
CP2102
2)
Pro Micro ATMEGA32U4

With pro micro, you still need to solder. So I recommend a leonardo board.
All you need to do is connect cp2102 with leonardo board by male - female jump wired, no solder needed.

Any clone board will work fine.
