Another way to install it is to type in a terminal:

Code: Select all

sudo dpkg -i sixemu_0.42-1_i386.deb

You should use that command inside folder that have the archive sixemu_0.42-1_i386.deb
To navigate on folder via terminal use command cd, ex:
$ cd ~/Downloads
that will lead you to Downloads folder inside Home Folder, by default terminal opens on Home folder, so you can copy sixemu_0.42-1_i386.deb to Home Folder and do
$ sudo dpkg -i sixemu_0.42-1_i386.deb
or if your file is inside Download folder:
$ cd Downloads
and to install:
$ sudo dpkg -i sixemu_0.42-1_i386.deb

Hello Matlo
Compiled and tested on my gentoo laptop for an xbox360.
Everything run smooth. The last correction is very nice because I use many different profiles on BF3. I did notice this bug but I thought it was linked to my non-genuine xbox gamepad.
Very good work Matlo. That's just incredible, even if my game skill still very low :oops:
But for this, I'm afraid there's nothing you can do. :D
Btw, I still use gimx from a console with command line.
