Game Input MultipleXer

Hi,

sadly gimx-config doesnt detect input from the steam controller at all.

Tried mouse emulation which added a hid compatible mouse in the windows device manager but gimx-config doesnt pick it up :/

Using Windows 7.

Emulated mouse and keyboard can be used selecting "Window events" in the "Advanced" menu of gimx-config, and "Window events" in the "Input" drop-down menu of gimx-launcher.

Did you also try without any emulation?

Enabling Windows Events fixed it.

Also wasn't working if I use normal x-input mode on the steam controller without Windows Events enabled.

Okay, I got nearly all working except the joystick x input emulation of the left trackpad or joystick.

Shouldn't it work because its normal x-input ?

If I set the trackpad to Button Mode and program for example keyboard buttons 1-4 it works fine. But button mode isn't good for game which need sensitive movement. It only detect if the key is pressed or not and not with which sensitivity.

Maybe you have some Idear.

Sadly I'm out of ideas. I don't have this controller, and I can't figure out how it works.

If you want to debug this and have the time I would spend you the money for the controller.

If not no problem would be a nice to have ^^
