No ports listed in gimx-launcher

Post by Gevorian »

I recently bought a gimx adapter from the blog.gimx.fr website and I installed the drivers included in the Program Files, customized my configs and plugged my controller in but no ports are listed and the device is unable to function because of it.

What exactly windows reports? Is it problem with the driver or the devive?

I fixed the initial bug by installing the drivers but now when I start the software it tells me to press the PS button on the controller, I press it multiple times or hold it, it does nothing.

It tells you to press PS button on the device you want to play (Steering Wheel/Mouse+KB), not the controller.

Okay, i fixed that as well. was an issue with the config I was using... which firmware should I use for mouse and keyboard? I am currently using the EMUPS4.hex file and im unsure if it is the cause but when i go to move with WASD it either does't work or it sort-of tip-toes my character instead of full movement or i will have to press the key repeatedly to get the desired movement, sometimes the move right(D) doesn't even work.

Check wirings of your adapter. There's probably something wrong there.
