Needs Some Help Configuring My Mouse

Using GIMX to use K+M on xbox one Rainbow Six Siege. Configured keybindings easy enough and working in game, but I can't seem to get my sensitivity smooth enough to my liking. I understand it can be hard to get a 1:1 K+M ratio, but I feel like someone here can help me get it as close as possible. At first I thought to just edit the sensitivity in fpsconfig and got me close, but not good enough.

Then I tried the actual mouse calibration, but following the guide on the wiki has me confused. Maybe someone can assist me with some questions. I understand profile 1 is for hip fire and profile 2 is for ADS, I have my DPI set to max (5580) and in-game sensitivity is set to max as well. I also got through the dead zones and shape, what screws me up is the translation test. When I run the test it says it should be a perfect circle, but when I change the x/y ratio all I get is this: https://gyazo.com/bbe6a639a48fe729accc8735fdc8c79d

Is that close enough to a "perfect circle?" Increasing it makes it closer to an oval, and decreasing leads to a rectangle. I'll admit, I'm a novice at this kind of thing. Maybe someone can better explain to me the buffer and filter. I currently have them both set at 1.

What matters is the in-game movement.

Games usually apply on the vertical axis a lower sensitivity than on the horizontal axis.
To counteract this we apply on the vertical axis a higher sensitivity than on the horizontal axis.
