Do you have any other file in the config folder?

there is no other folder in the config file. How do I open my wxWidgets library

The library is in binary form. It is not meant to be understood by a human.
Please hit Windows key and G, start recording, trigger the issue, stop recording, and upload the video in a cloud service (google drive, dropbox, onedrive...).
