I did not reproduce this on my desktop.

Could you please check if disabling power saving for the CP210x adapter changes anything?

disabled power savings has no not resolve the issue.

Are you using any hubs? If yes, please try to plug the adapter directly to the computer.

It is directly connected. I will try next few days another notebook with windows 10.
