Diy steering wheel buttons delay

Hi guys , finally I have success to connect to ps4 with my simucube.But there are a problem for my diy steering wheel now,the was a long delay and the button is not sensitive.This wheel is build by arduino pro micro,is there my congfi problem or my diy wheel problem?
I have record a video ,can someone give a help.
