Fallout 4 [PS4]

Playing Fallout 4 on PS4 with a mouse is not recommended since the game seems to poll inputs on a fixed rate so even higher DPI wont make your movement better, but you can try out anyways. I'd love to hear your opinion.

Pipboy via TAB, then inside Pipboy you can use UHJK (because on mosts keyboards there is a bevel on the J button) to traverse through.

A higher DPI will improve movement whatever the polling rate.
With a low DPI you have to use high sensitivity (multiplier), which results in jerkiness for slow movements.

I checked this personally and it looks pretty bad (game, not the config). Regardless of my settings, my dpi and other tweaks, mouse input remained bad in this game. That's not only result of extreme sensitiveness setting needed to get correct input in this game and in consequence high dpi. Input system of this game is just a mess. It was criticized for it on PC version too. I wanted to exclude incorrect config values so I tried to calibrate it myself and I got similar results as the OP.

Acceleration test and circle test regardless of settings shows horrible implementation of controls which is something we cannot fix.

I recommend to play this game on Pad and use VATS system a lot as controls are just bad. I feel like Im moving in mud when trying to aim even with official DS4.

Im changing playability index of this game to "Bad" as it's barely playable.
