The behavior change is likely a bug. Could you please open a topic in the support section? Please provide a log file. Make sure to play about a minute while generating the log.

Absolutely.
I have tried to check for all the other versions for a change in the mouse calibration process when it comes to PS3 and have not found anything.
If there has been a change in the mouse calibration, then all the older versions of configs are bad.

Infantry and Jet Config Works with Helicopter to -Default controls.
Press capslock once, and the profile switches from Jet controls to infantry. Press capslock again when inside Jet.
Notes: Default controls. Change to inverted flight if you prefer that.
I recommend to use arrow keys for hard manuvers. Mouse is not easy to use, long and slow swipes are needed to be able to do a loop.

This is duable and exactly like default PC jet controls.
Roll and pitch up and down with arrow keys and mouse.
Yaw with A and D.
Throttle/ Brake W and S.
Afterburner with LShift
Fire with space and left mouse button.
Gadget with LCtrl and right mouse button.
Switch weapon with F and scroll wheel press.
Mouse side button activates free look in cockpit view.
