This release fixes the following issues:

• Multiple USB adapters don't work on Windows
• Improve DirectInput FFB compatibility
• Improve FFB device selection strategy
• Fix Logitech wheel names
• BT/DS4: issue when emulating multiple controllers
• BT/DS4 emulation listens on the wrong adapter
• Do not fail on input device opening errors
• Add message "Activate controller pressing ..."
