Wheel Rotation Issues - Gran Turismo Sport PS4

Post by TrackNutz »

I am using an SimXperience Accuforce wheel running as a G29 in Gimx.

Wheel rotation is set to 900 in the Accuforce control box.

When playing Gran Turismo Sport, in almost all road cars the rotation of my wheel perfectly matches the onscreen wheel.

However when I enter a GT3 car for instance where it has a steering rotation in game (say 500° steering rack), my wheel no longer matches the wheel in game.

The result is that I have physically put a huge amount of steering in to drive the car. To turn the in game wheel say 90°, I have to turn my wheel 150°.

I have read elsewhere that the Gimx receives the wheel rotation from the game, but I'm not sure how I could set this up in the gimx profile?

I assume I could run another profile just for GT3 cars but again, not sure how I'd be able to set this up?

Any help appreciated. I can provide a log if it helps but thought it might just be a generic thing I'm doing wrong.

gimx can change wheel range with Logitech wheels only, others need to be changed rotation range manually. Please refer wheel driver software.
