Hi,
I've been trying to get it to work for a couple of days now but I'm still struggling. I followed the guide for the DIY adapter and already tried switching tx and rx as well.
Loading the software on the teensy went well (did this on another laptop than the one I'm using for this project)
I first start up the PS4
Then I connect the DIY adapter to the ps4 and the teensy to the laptop. The DS4 is connected to the laptop as well.
Next step I start GIMX 5.6 with output: DIY adapter
Port: Com3 (not sure about this one, struggling to locate the teensy and ds4 in the device manager)
Input: physical devices
Config: Logitechdrivingforcegt
This is the Log I'm getting:
option -l with value `log.txt'
option -c with value `LogitechDrivingForceGT_G29.xml'
option -p with value `COM3'
status flag is set
subpos flag is set
force_updates flag is set
native mode is already enabled for HID device \\?\hid#vid_046d&pid_c29a#6&389de936&0&0000#{4d1e55b2-f16f-11cf-88cb-001111000030} (PID=c29a)
bad response
No controller detected.
adapter_detect failed
any help would be appreciated

Re: DIY Adapter, DF GT, PS4 setup Win8
is there a way to test or repair if it's faulty?
Would have to wait 3 weeks again to have them shipped to europe so i'm willing to try what it takes

If no new COM port appears in the device manager after plugging the adapter, then it's faulty.
