Crap, did they changed some options again? At least labels I think.

Stick Aiming Acceleration = 0
Center Deadzone + Axial Deadzone = 0

There was also a line about ADS, I don't see it here now.

I think no ads settings there, ok I will take a snapshot asap.

I'll check it on my end too when I return home.

Yes it still works and should work for the end of BF1 servers as they shouldn't update BF1 input again I think.

Please write a thread in Support section and include a log file if you have problems.
