Yes, personal preference.
You may also have noticed I go slightly above the normalized dead zone values. This is to compensate for some erratic behavior that I usually experience when aiming really slowly at normalized values.

I was always under the impression that a COD deadzone was oval shaped.

I changed the exp. to 0.39 on my setup and its much better now, I'm using a RAT 7 and its seems to be alot more responsive since changing the values.
