My PC is a Acer Aspire 5750 with 2.1 Ghz of processor and 4 Gb of Ram.

Ok, i set on 800 dpi, but another options what they mean?

Acc. Smoothing, ADS, x/y, what they mean?

Your PC is fine, but your mouse is definitely not enough regarding both DPI (800dpi vs 2000dpi recommended) & frequency (100Hz vs 250Hz recommended).

Regarding the delayed signal I solved simply by bringing the computer, especially the bluetooth dongle to the ps3, but now the only problem is the aim. You say then that I should buy a mouse that has a minimum 2000 dpi?

The higher the better. I highly recommend a 5700DPI mouse like the logitech G500.
