Is there anyway we could use two different buttons on keyboard for one action ?

Yes of course. Just add a second button to the same action using gimx-config.

Sorry I don't understand what do you mean by "Green logo". Open your configuration using gimx-config and then just click "Auto Detect", push the button, choose your action and click Add. That's all.
