I'm new at this; does anyone have any suggestions on where to find good solder cables, so I can connect the ft232rl to Teensy board?

I'm looking for those insulated ones...

Thanks in advance.

Kynar wire.
Matlo recommended this to me so I ordered a couple of bundles of it and it's very nice actually.
Easy to work with since it's just a single core, thin and bendy.

Awesome, that helps a lot. I'll look for them on Amazon.

No problem.
By the way, if you don't get many hits searching for "Kynar wire", searching for "Wrapping wire" or "wire wrap" instead may yield more results. (Kynar is the insulation itself iirc)
