Game Input MultipleXer

On any Ubuntu Version except 11.10
GIMX 1.00

I try to play and when I move the mouse, GIMX disconnects/crashes.
Keyboard and Left/Right Clicks work normally before disconnect.

Any help?

NOTE:
When using Ubuntu 11.10 and GIMX 0.51 I DON'T get disconnected.
i can almost play normally, however mouse movements are broken. It moves on random directions all the time.

ok I think it doesn't disconnect that often now , another problem I got though (with 12.10 GIMX 1.0)
is that the game doesn't really respond to mouse movements. Like only a very small movement to the bottom right (no matter to what direction I move the mouse).

- GIMX: Linux package, version 1.00, 32bits
- Ubuntu 12.10
- Crypto BND100 BLUETOOTH Dongle (Chip : BlueCore4-Ro)m
- PS3
- All games (BF3 , KZ3 etc.)
- Keyboard : Microsoft Sidewinder X6, Mouse : Logitech RX250 (also tried other mice)

Problem : PS3 doesn't respond to mouse movements. No matter to what direction I move the mouse, all it does is slightly move to the bottom right

PS3 version? Fat, slim, superslim? Firmware version?

Did you converted the sensitivity as suggested in the wiki?

Slim , latest firmware (4.41?).

Yh I converted the sensitivity (tried with 1000dpi mouse , tried with 1600dpi mouse).

Don't think it has to do with that, game is not responding to the movements. Like I said , camera is pretty much always going towards "bottom-right".

I don't have the same problem when using Ubuntu 11.10, but it still doesn't move the way I move the mouse.

Does the right stick move as expected when the GUI output is selected?

You mean the calibration thingy right? No, the little dot only moves to the bottom right I think (not as expected)

Do you have any macros in the ~/.emuclient/macros directory? Issue 213 can make emuclient to crash at startup.

Please post the content of your config file on pastebin, and give the link.
