Game Input MultipleXer

I cant connect to COM3, in arduino builder it only "detects" COM7.

But the connection from USB to the board seems fine. Any other ideas what could it be?

Can you explain this part? If you mean COM3, when i restart the board i get a COM7 found and it loads up nothing, if i reconnect the usb it doesnt find a reset happening. I resoldered the TXO pin and switched the pins

I get the same error.

Do i need to reflash the board?
