RX and TX definitely correct. If I swap them them it fails to boot and GIMX launcher says maybe they are the wrong way around. I can't get my head around how the soldering may not be correct if everything works fine for a minute before it gives up. Surely if soldering was bad then there'd be no conn...

OK, decided I'd come this far so might as well carry on. I've soldered the pins but get the same issue. Has anybody got any further advice?

OK, never suspected there'd be an issue with the hardware with it working for a short while everytime and then stopping. Assumed it would be some kind of software issue not transferring the data through to the PS4. Cheers for the reply.

As far as I can tell the log doesn't show anything out of the ordinary. It just seems to be logging inputs until I have to close GIMX and turn off the PS4 due to it failing to respond to the wheel.
