Looks like gimx breaks the fanatec drivers. If you have the gimx module usb connected to pc it won't let fanatec driver starts and causes it to crash. I know it works if I unplug the gimx but maybe that's useful to know someone. Still no idea how to use the gimx on ps3. I think my axises are wrongly...

I think it was the rx and tx the wrong way. I fixed that and swapped them around and I got it to work in the ps3 menus. I couldn't find my ps3 games so I have to come back to this little later. Thanks for the help so far!
