Hello, I guess you meant device manager, and not task manager. It is expected to see no device until you actually click on "Start" in gimx-launcher. GIMX needs the Dualshock 4 to be turned off (as stated in the documentation). Press the PS button until it turns off, and then connect the USB cable to the PC.
