As told on the wiki, the recommended distro is the latest Ubuntu version.

The only way to get rid of the bluetooth issues is to build a USB adapter.

The firmware for the Teensy 2.0 is atmega32u4.hex.

As said in the announcement, did you changed the controller type in gimx-serial?

I fixed the typo in the wiki.

"MACRO x" and "MACRO KEYDOWN x" are equivalent because GIMX only did support keyboard macros in the early releases. "MACRO x" is the old way to write "MACRO KEYDOWN x".

The name of the folder has to be "macros" with no quotes.

I won't be able to make GIMX work with the PS4/Xbox One without owning the hardware.
I don't plan to buy anything unless there are enough donations. Maybe I'll start a kickstarter...
