Hi Did you assign a button to the PS button in FPS Config ? From the log file it looks like p is assigned to PS is this correct ? Easiest way is to click on file and then click Edit fps config then you just click on the PS button and choose a key to assign to it afterwards you just click on file and...

I don't know if I am just missing something, but what button do you have assigned to PS in your config and are you pressing it ?
As far as i know if you press PS to activate it will list it in the log file as a set of numbers then PS (255)

This could be a possible USBDK fault you could try updating it

I would recommend that you uninstall GIMX and the current USBDK then reboot and reinstall everything

Sounds like a authentication issue, can you just try another cable for your Dualshock 4 controller.
Also please add your log file as stated in the rules.

This is just an idea, you can use a live Linux distribution that has persistence so your settings are saved. Then you can just boot from it on your current hardware.
The other option would be to use a Raspberry Pi setup
