Re: Will GIMX work on PS5?

@mascherano

This is actually a discussion on the PS5 compatibility, as for your question the team is still working on wheel emulation for the Xbox one and there is no ETA at the moment.

Re: firmware loading problems

Im not sure if the force feedback can be adjusted as I dont have a wheel to set it up with.

If you load the EMUPS4.hex you can emulate a Dualshock 4 and use any method of input that can be detected by the computer

Re: firmware loading problems

You have the wrong firmware loaded you have to load the EMUG29PS4.hex the one you currently have loaded is for the PS2

The PS4 needs to be on and your Dualshock 4 off

Re: Xbox Series X

It should work unless they require an update to the controller firmware for it to work on the X/S series. I will definitely be holding thumbs for you if you are in a position to test it and looking forward to your feedback :)

Re: Xbox Series X

Hi In theory it should work but we wont know until someone does a test. It will all depend if they did something with the controller authentication as newer firmware updates caused GIMX to stop working when you get to the point where you have to press the guide button. Just don't update the controll...

In your config you need to bind a button for PS you can do this by going to the config editor and assi...

Re: firmware loading problems

Hi Are you unplugging the correct side as you have to unplug the console side cable and re insert it not the side that is normally connected to the pc. So to sum it up you have to connect both sides of the adapter to the pc and then the cable that goes from the AVR board (USB to micro USB cable ) is...
