My latest version now starts with 720p, previously it used 1080p maybe Your display didnt support that resolution it has been trested on RPI zero and RPi 3, if You want to autostart Yout config after booting up just follow tutorial on wiki, its simple and uses build in gui for lxsession.

Here's an autobooting compatible with RPI 3, just unzip, bu iso using win32diskimager, input to RPI 3 and go.
I confirm this version 100% works, automatically, no logging into RPI 3 model b needed at all.True PnP.
