is it possible to use gimx without Teensy

Hello, i'm trying to run Gimx since 2 year. But i can not succeed. Sometimes i give up . And then re-tried . Now i have ps4 and i install ubuntu 14.04 32bit fine
and install latest gimx .deb 3.4-1 . gimx work fine but again i can not succced to use mouse. Please help me , Really i trying to use this program since 2 year. I failed every time . I just wanna play BF4 with PS4 . I've buy too many Usb Bloetooth dongle . orico bluetooth 4.0 402-mini-usb-2-0-csr8510 and others.
I dont undersatnd why i cant succeed . am I must need Teensy card ? or DIY USB ? I have no its . I have just thats :

logitech g700s
PC + ubuntu
PS4 and DS4

When i run Gimx i choose " Remote Gimx " is this true? . What ip address should i write there ? is IP address of my PC or PS4 ?

No sadly it's not possible. The teensy is an absolute requirement.
