Hi
Sorry if this is a trivial question, but would the GIMX software (and corresponding adapter) make it possible for me to use the Logitech Driving Force GT from my PS3 on my Xbox 360/One, or would it only let me use this steering wheel on a PS4?
Regards Martin
Driving Force GT (PS3) on Xbox 360/One with GIMX?
Re: Driving Force GT (PS3) on Xbox 360/One with GIMX?
Hi,
All the emulation capabilities are listed here: https://gimx.fr/wiki/index.php?title=Ma ... MX_adapter
It is possible to map a wheel to a 360 gamepad (but force feedback won't be available obviously).

Use gimx-config to build your own config, and map the wheel buttons/axes to controller buttons/axes.

Thanks for Matlo return,
I did the mapping of axes and buttons to emulate a gamepad, however the axis of the wheel got a dead zone.
Even setting the shaft with dead zone = 0 still in the game has keeps.
I read the post: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=39
I think the exponential setting solve the problem of the dead zone when the wheel is centered, however the axis configuration has not how to configure the exponential

You actually have to increase the dead zone value parameter to counteract the in-game dead zone.

Matlo
right gave configuration Dead Zone, was perfect.
Thank you for your help.
Just a question, I had mapped the GamePad itself XB1 and GIMX via the GamePad had the effects of vibration.
Because in this way I understand that GIMX sends commands to the console and receive the vibration commands to the GamePad.
I would like to use these commands to activate a Force Feedback on the wheel?

This is not possible with the current software, and it probably won't be added in a future version.
