Bug fix:

• Mouse translation: stick locked to top and/or left.
  This was a regression due to the new translation algorithm introduced with GIMX 7.4.
• [GNU/Linux] gimx-config crashes when opening file
  This was a regression introduced in GIMX 7.1.
• [GNU/Linux + log file] GIMX not starting
  This was a regression introduced in GIMX 7.1.

Enhancements:

• gimx-launcher: improve device detection on startup
  This allows to run gimx-launcher on armbian stretch (which is not officially supported).

Fixed issues.
