FAQ suggestion about input lag

Hello,
I took a few dozens of minutes to figure out why I had so much input lag using GIMX and was almost becoming hopeless when I found out that it was mostly due to my tv. Using a computer monitor or at least using the special "gaming" modes somes Tv's have greatly helped.
So, I suggest this to be added to the FAQ (you may also suggest that before concluding that lag is gimx related, people check out if the lag is not the same with the pad : that is what put me on the right track).
