I see that you are using some smoothing.
A buffer size of 4 with a filter of 1.00 means the smoothing is the average of the last 4*11.25=45ms, which is high.
Did you set that on purpose?

There is some wierd diagonal movements when set to like 1 - 2 so i put it on 4 and tried it out and the diagonal movement is straight and nice none jittery. Could be something else though.

You probably opened it with internet explorer as the xml formatting is messed...
