Wanting to make sure this will work!

Hi all,

I'm about to purchase an Arduino Pro Micro (http://www.trademe.co.nz/electronics-ph ... 861858.htm)
and a FTDI USB to TTL adapter (http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... =970576950).

Before I purchase everything I wanted to make sure that everything would work perfectly fine!

Hi,
It should work. Make sure to set the jumper to 5V.
The Arduino can be easily flashed one time using the Arduino Builder.
After that it's harder to flash because the GIMX firmware reprograms the USB interface, but it's doable: http://gimx.fr/wiki/index.php?title=DIY ... re_loading
