I replayed first spring effect command and it works with my DFGT.

Does this mean that any wheel older than this one won't work either?

You mentioned you had the Momo in another thread - could you replay the spring effect on it?

I think there is some issue with the Logitech driver with unsupported FFB commands such as the set wheel range one.
The Momo Racing Wheel behaves strangely on Windows when these commands are sent.
I'll try to filter FFB commands depending on the wheel.
In the meantime, you can try running GIMX on Linux Mint 18.
It's easy to try using a live usb disk, and there's a Linux config for this wheel (LogitechDrivingForceEx_G29.xml).

Unfortunately it doesn't. I also tried Linux Mint - same thing.

I'll build a test tool to help us figure out what the DFEX is expecting.

If you can afford it, it would make things easier

Hmm, maybe if nothing else works... it will end up being quite expensive.
