Also found that when im moving mouse along x-axis its still jittery and jumpy.Y-axis is about the same. Ill try another game, may be Bad Company 1? or Killzone 3?

here are my settings, i'm playing bf bc2 for some time with them, the movements are smooth, my mouse is a logitech m-uae96 with only 400dpi.



make sure that you set the sensitivity to maximum in the game.
as a note, when any output window is selected the movements are jerky like it skips some frames, but if you don't select any output mode, the movements are smooth and fine

Using a cheap 400dpi mouse is not recommended. Such values (high acceleration) are not really recommended.

I suggest you to buy a gaming mouse (5700+dpi, like the G500) and use normalized values. It's worth the price.
