I don't own the game so i can not test.
The config has a line that you might have added without knowing in profile 3
Remove this from the configfile

I see you have Profile 2 set to number 4.
This is usually set to mouse button right (ADS button).
Make a profile 4 and copy/ paste profile 2 to that.
Then change the Trigger button for profile 2 to Right mouse button.
See if that helps.
