I want to show u this matlo, the result calibration terminal output:

error writting the config file KZ3.xml
calibration done

Thanks for this info.
It appears that the calibration is broken in Linux.
I opened
issue 167.
I will fix it and make a new package ASAP.
You can safely downgrade to v0.25 as the config files are backward compatible from v0.30 to v0.25.

couldn't you downgrade to 0.25, configure mouse, then upgrade back to v0.30?

its better for me to stay in v0.25, maybe we have i new version after v0.30 when to be release ubuntu 12.04 thx to matlo
