Your bluetooth dongle will not communicate with your sixaxis.
Your bluetooth dongle will only connect to your ps3.

and how can my Notebook Bluetooth connect with my ps3??? why i dont have a Bluetooth dongle my Notebook hast bluetooth

You need
a bluetooth dongle or a usb adapter.
