Ok so I replaced the driver and now the command promt says
Serial_recv error
Spoof failed.
connector_init failed

What have you changed after switching the driver ?
The Adapter works fine with the PS3.

This usually is the consequence of a wrong wiring.
The PS3 only needs 2 wires to be correct, and the Xbox360 needs the 3 wires to be correct.

Its working if I switch the usb cable to port 2 on the xbox 360.
On port 1 (left port on the front) I get this error.
