[Solved][GIMX PS4] Problem on Windows 7

Hi Matlo the first of all thx for this great proyect! I have this problem when i star to play a game in Windows 7:

libusb_submit_transfer: Input/Output Error.
adapter_forward_data_out failed

In Linux Mint 17 i dont have any problem, thx matlo.

Hi,

From the error I'm assuming you're using GIMX with a DIY USB adapter and a PS4.
Do you have a DS4 connected with a USB cable all the time?

Yep always connected to the pc and turn off the DS4

I had That problem in Windows 8.1 too.

Does it stop working? How much time does it take to appear? Does it happen periodically?

Normally stop working every 4-5 sec.

Maybe the USB cable is defective?

hi.
I have same problem.(Win7, 64bit)
official USB cable equipped with ferrite core or other more short USB cable, GIMX application stop(libusb_submit_transfer: Input/Output Error. )

this probelm is fail communication with DS4?
my DS4 model is CUH-ZCT1J

hello again with the same components (DS4, cables, etc) in linux mint 17 I have no problem but in windows 7 32 bits the error persists, i bloked Windows defender and no antivirus the same result. Thx Matlo.

Hi,

Please post the following details:
- AVR USB board: Teensy, Arduino Leonardo, other?
- USB to UART adapter: CP2102, FT232RL, PL2303, other?
- driver version for the USB to UART adapter?
