Game Input MultipleXer

I'm running Ubuntu, and logkeys didn't grab any of the input. I'm trying to build a macro for FF13, with no luck. Don't want to do the whole thing manually, because that will take forever.

I saw a recommendation for evemu, but the support/documentation is lousy, and I can't find a decent Ubuntu package - it seems to be a Redhat binary.

Anyone have luck recording inputs to make macros in Ubuntu?

Did you try to select "Window events" as "Input" in gimx-launcher?
